After clicking the "Buy Now" button, you will be directed to PayPal.  Payment is due immediately after you complete your purchases.

Your credit card statement will either show "MEMRBLCRAFT" or "MEMORABLE CRAFTS".  Some credit card companies will even shorten these names.

Shipping is FREE for US Customer (USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation) and Canadian Customers (USPS First Class International Mail).

US Customers may purchase an upgrade to USPS Priority Mail.

I usually ship by the next business day.  If you need your item quickly, please let me know.  I will do my best to accommodate you.

PayPal will E-Mail you the tracking number.

I ship via First Class International.

Please allow approx. 12-22 business days to be delivered to your country (depending on destination) once I mail your package. Occasionally, this time may be longer due to customs, etc. Buyer is responsible for any additional customs' charges. My standard international shipping cost does NOT include any tracking or insurance unless you request and pay for an additional shipping upgrade for Priority or Express shipping that will include tracking. International customers are encouraged to upgrade their shipping to include tracking and insurance or to accept the responsiblity if their package is lost or damaged.

Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed international orders once they have been shipped.  Lost packages are rare; however, it can happen. I will do my best to work with postal service to find package if it occurs.   Also, please note that I am unable to claim responsibility for an item if USPS has verified delivery. 

Please note that Memorable Crafts is not responsible for any VAT/Customs fees that may be related to to your international order nor will Memorable Crafts help you in illegally circumventing these fees if they are applicable to you. Falsifying customs declarations or having an item marked as “gift” in order to avoid customs fees is classified as Mail Fraud and is a felony. International Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the US.

International customers need to provide me with their telephone number for me to list on the customs forms in case customs needs to contact you.

Tyvek Envelopes are used because they are designed for ultimate protection from superior moisture and are burst and tear resistant.  Products are wrapped in a ribbon with tags.
